Over Thirty years of residence in Arcadia, Edward has extensive knowledge of San Gabriel Valley and surrounding cities. . He specializes in buying and selling residential homes, investment properties, luxury homes, and multi-residential properties.

Sun’s focus in real estate are people and integrity. She loves helping people and takes pride in making deals happen in challenging situations to get the dream home for buyers and maximum return for sellers.

Sun’s added value as realtor comes from her background as CPA. Having studied Business Economics at UCLA and worked as auditor and system consultant for over 10 years, she enjoys finding solutions to the most complicated problems so that home buying/selling is easy and comfortable for her clients. Sun also studied interior design and has ability to transform homes to make them look like one featured in magazine with minimum costs to sellers.

She serves as Director of Administration and Board at Korean Real Estate Brokers Association of SC. Sun is a proud mom of 2 boys and resides in South Pasadena.
